Administrator On-Call (AOC)

An Administrator is On-Call (AOC) 24hrs a day – 7 days a week.

Care & Wellness Referral

• Parents/guardians, staff, or faculty can submit a Care & 健康转介，转介他们认为需要支持的学生, guidance, or other interventions.

Challenges/struggles may include, but are not limited to: homesickness, personal loss, academic concerns, mental health concerns, eating disorder, lack of engagement, or roommate conflict. 

Community Concern Report

Incidents may include, but are not limited to: vandalism, hazing, housing violation, or misconduct carried out by student(s), other community member(s), or visiting guests.

Care & Wellness Referral

Once submitted, the referring party will receive an email receipt, confirming the submission of the referral. 根据转介的原因，学生和社区生活办公室的管理员或工作人员将:

• Connect the student in need with other resources on campus, including the Health Center or Counseling and Wellness Center.

Community Concern Report

Once submitted, the reporting party will receive an email receipt, confirming the submission of the referral.

Completing the Forms

Review of Submissions

Reporting Alcohol and or Substance Abuse Incidents

Trinity College values the general welfare of our students. 我们认识到并承认他们的日常决定影响他们在课堂内外的成功. As a result, we promote a community of care, one in which students are encouraged to be attentive to the wellness, health, and safety of Trinity community members in addition to their own.

In an effort to further promote a community of care, the college encourages bystanders, and when possible, students who are facing a medical or mental health crisis, 包括因饮酒和/或吸毒而导致的第九条相关事件, to take responsible action and seek immediate assistance.
